- Must be customer friendly and always positive attitude.
- Must be able to manage the departure and arrivals of customers absolutely hassle-free.
- Must be able to manage all the billings of the customer accurately.
- Must be able to reply all the phone calls efficiently and accurately.
- Must be able to check data accurately in system.
- Must be able to ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
- Must be able to coordinate with other department of hotels to fulfill guest request.
- Must be able to manage reservations, cancellations and rooms assignments as per booking of the guest.
- Must be able to front desk area all the time.
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
