What we are looking in Candidate –
- Must be able to speak and write in English.
- Must have ability to read product identification quickly and accurately.
- Must have ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
- Must be highly organized and derail – oriented.
- Must have ability to accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
- Must have ability to regularly lift, push and/or move objects 10 – 50 lbs and occasionally fit and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs.
- Should be able to sit and climb ladders or stairs or balance occasionally.
- Should be able to function in narrow aisle or passageways.
- Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors.
- Must have ability to work in a fast – paced environment.
