What we are looking in Candidate –
- Must be able to collaborates with executive chef and directs food preparation.
- Must be able to help in designing the drink menu and design of food.
- Must be able in assisting with planning the food menu, inventory and management of supplies.
- Must be able to oversees and supervise the kitchen staff.
- Must be able to maintain and monitors kitchen equipment.
- Must be able to solve problems that arise and seizes control of issues in kitchen.
- Must be able to produces high quality plates and drinks include taste and design.
- Must have knowledge pf various ingredients and procedures and cooking methods.
- Must be able to schedules shifts of the staff.
- Must be able to supplies food for the orders and train new employees.
- Must be able to solve problem or issues in kitchen and take control.
- Must be able to handles pressure and deal with uncertainty.
- Must be able to work on holidays or on weekend and must be able to work long shifts and overnight.
- Must have problem solving ability and critical thinking.
