What we are looking in Candidate –
- Must be customer friendly and always positive attitude.
- Must be able to prepare alcohol or non-alcohol drinks for restaurant and bar patrons.
- Must be able to mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Must be able to plan and present bar menu to guest on arrival.
- Must be able to check and confirm legal drinking age.
- Must be able to comply with all F&B regulations.
- Must be able to interact with customers, serve snacks, drinks and take orders.
- Must be able to keep record of the stock and restock supplies when required.
- Must be able to follow safety & hygiene rule all the time.
- Must have excellent knowledge of garnishing, mixing and serving drinks.
- Must be able to work on holidays or on weekend and must be able to work long shifts and overnight.
