What we are looking in Candidate –
- Must be able to collaborates with executive chef and directs food preparation.
- Must be able to help in designing the drink menu and design of food.
- Must be able in assisting with planning the food menu, inventory and management of supplies.
- Must have adaptability to change and willingness to new processes and ideas.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have good level of numeracy.
- Must be able to cook good and tasty food in all sections.
- Must have good oral communication skills.
- Must be able to manage Commis chefs.
- Must be able to work without supervision
- Must have knowledge and ability to a run section of department.
