What we are looking in Candidate –
- Must be able to execute all agriculture task.
- Must be able to root crop cultivation like potatoes, carrot, beets.
- Must be able to operate and maintain of field irrigation systems.
- Must be able to maintain, care and repair the machinery.
- Must be able to perform the simple manual tasks of the premises.
- Must be able to load and unload, as well as sort root crops, inventory control.
- Must have enthusiasm for working in nature within a small and motivated team.
- Must have good organization skill.
- Must be reliability, independent work ethic and high initiative.
