What we are looking in Candidate –
- Must be customer friendly and always positive attitude.
- Must have prioritization and time management skill.
- Must be able to deal with customer complaint or request with patience and customer service.
- Must be able to perform cleaning activities like mopping, dusting, polishing, sweeping, etc.
- Must be able to prepare all rooms are inspected and ready according to standards.
- Must notify the supervisor on any complain by guest, any damage or disturbance.
- Must check stocks levels of all consumable and replace when needed.
- Must be strictly adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware on any complaint related practice.
- Must be able to work quickly without compromising quality standard.
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
